Ukraine:
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates. The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 3000 UAH on the condition of full payment.
International orders:
We ship orders across Europe, United States and Canada through Meest and Nova Poshta. Shipping costs are based on the operator's tariffs of Meest and Nova Poshta. The estimated delivery time is 3-16 days from the moment of order sending. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.

No worries! You have a 14-day window to exchange or return any unsuitable products. To facilitate this process, ensure the product remains unused and in its original condition as delivered.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Caring for your new jewelry:
- Store your jewelry separately from other jewelry or sharp objects to avoid scratches and damage.
- Put on your jewelry after wearing perfume and after lotions and creams have been completely absorbed.
- Remove jewelry before sauna or swimming.
- Store jewelry in a dry place protected from sunlight.
- If necessary, wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth to collect dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive materials or rough cleaning that may damage the surface.
Bases and bracelets are made of 18k gold-plated brass (gold color) and rhodium (silver color)
- They are not subject to corrosion and do not change color when exposed to water and air.
- Brass is a durable material, so brass jewelry is resistant to wear and tear.
- They are hypoallergenic, so they are suitable for sensitive skin.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, though we always try to send them sooner. The above terms are our personal insurance in case of various situations.
Where are the earrings made?
The base earrings and bracelets are not personally made by us; we order them from a factory in the Czech Republic. The pendants, bracelets, and necklaces made from natural stones and pearls are handmade by our grandmother in Ukraine.
I'm allergic to jewelry, what should I do?
Our jewelry is hypoallergenic thanks to the materials used, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
You can always try them and return them within 14 days in case of an allergic reaction.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Full payment is required for the order before shipping. The recipient also pays for the delivery.
We ship via Nova Poshta or Meest. Shipping costs are based on the carrier's rates.
Do jewelry items change color over time?
Earrings and metal bracelets are made from brass and coated with rhodium/18k gold. They are resistant to corrosion and do not change color when in contact with water.
The hardware is made from stainless steel, which also does not change color under the influence of external factors.
However, we recommend following these simple rules to keep your jewelry looking flawless for as long as possible:
- Store jewelry separately from other items or sharp objects to avoid scratches and damage.
- Put on jewelry after using perfumes and once lotions and creams have been fully absorbed.
- Remove jewelry before entering a sauna or bathing.
- Store jewelry in a dry place, protected from sunlight.

Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at the moment. However, orders can be placed on Instagram, Telegram, or our website. Our consultants will happily assist you in making the right choice and advise on the best options.
Orders are sent after full payment, allowing you to try on the jewelry at home, and we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days.
We also send COD (cash on delivery) so that you can try on the order directly at Nova Poshta.
