This Privacy Policy explains how Yarova online store (hereafter referred to as "the Seller") collects, uses, and discloses User information through our owned and managed online interfaces, including websites, email, and other communication channels, including through the website https://yarova.shop/ (hereinafter - "the Site").

Subject of the Privacy Policy

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the terms of this consent to the processing of personal data, the User, by filling out and submitting the electronic form on the site https://yarova.shop/, confirms that they are familiar with and agree to the terms of the Public Offer and in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, voluntarily provides the Yarova online store and its authorized representatives and officials their consent to process their personal data without any restrictions for the purposes of processing. Consent to the processing of personal data is granted by the User for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of civil-law relations, as well as relations in the field of advertising and marketing in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", and other regulatory acts. The User grants the Seller and/or any third parties the right to provide them with any commercial and/or informational content about the activities of the Executor and/or any third parties by email, phone, and/or SMS, as well as other means of communication. The User also confirms their consent to the transfer of their personal data by the Seller to data controllers and any third parties exclusively for the above-stated purposes. The User does not require notification of the transfer (distribution) of their personal data to controllers and third parties. Consent to the processing of personal data is granted to the Seller indefinitely. By filling out and submitting the electronic form to the Seller, the User confirms that they are informed (a) about the inclusion of their personal data in the "Clients" database owned by the Executor, the purpose of collecting and processing personal data (according to the purpose specified in this document), as well as their rights provided by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", according to which the subject of personal data has the right to:
- know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or residence of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give appropriate instructions to obtain this information by authorized persons, except as provided by law;
- receive information about the conditions of access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transmitted;
- access their personal data;
- receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except as provided by law, a response on whether their personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
- submit a motivated demand to the owner of personal data with an objection against the processing of their personal data;
- submit a motivated demand for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if this data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage in connection with intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as to protect against providing information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
- file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Authorized person;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
- make reservations about the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- revoke consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data
The Seller takes the confidentiality and security of Users' personal data very seriously. The Seller adheres to standard physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect data that identifies Users. Since it is impossible to ensure absolute security when transmitting data over the Internet, the User cannot guarantee the preservation of data that identifies Users: there is a risk that malicious actors may bypass our security system or intercept the transmission of User information over the Internet. Users are required to keep their account details confidential and bear full responsibility. Note that emails and other messages sent through the Seller's Site or mail are not encrypted.
