DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN UKRAINE
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
Please note that the transport service does not deliver the order to the war zone and occupied territories.
PRICE FOR DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
The cost of delivery in Ukraine is according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 3000 UAH on the condition of full payment.

The estimated delivery time is 5-16 days from the moment of order sending. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.
When arriving in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes from the destination country. The recipient is responsible for the extra cost of customs clearance. In turn, we do not control these expenses and cannot provide the amount and procedure of customs payments.
RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
To receive an order, you need proof of identity. Your documentation details and recipient information need to match. When receiving goods at the post office or courier delivery, verify if there are any defects, dirt or industrial defects.
If you find a defect when inspecting the goods, you can immediately refuse it and fill out an application form indicating the defects. If defects are found after receipt, the return of the goods may be refused.
DELIVERY TIME
The term of delivery in Ukraine by the transportation service «Nova Poshta» is:

delivery to major cities: 1-3 days;

2-4 days in offices in cities and towns, far from the central roads.
The estimated delivery time of international orders is 5-20 days from the moment of order sending.
Please note that during the sales period, the delivery time may be increased to 5-10 working days after order confirmation.
